Thanks for the comments you leave on my blog. There are many ups and downs to exercise. If you did a lot of physical activity at work, I wouldn't feel guilty about cutting back at home. When I have to mow the lawn and do other yard chores, I cut back on some of my exercising. Keep up the good work.
