Yesterday: I started out fine, counting points and all. had yoghurt during the morning and for lunch, some cookies for in between, but not much. Had smoothie which gave me a lot of fruit.
evening is what I woud call dodgy had a premade pasta dish where you just add hot water wait thill the pasta and herbs soak well, and just eat. had some prawn crisps with that. point wise...... no idea.
But I have a start....of sorts
