Goal 4: 1st centennial - loose 100 lbs/45 kg

Terrible tuesday, and motivation dwindling?

I am not sure about that. But as you see. I had a good day, even had my famous half pizza at the pizzplace, taking the other half with me. And then there is my sugsr sweet craving. I just cannot seem to control it. The extra's sort of blew the effort of the day. Even now I have visions of chocolate, and sweet things. It is really horrible *grin*.

Tomorrow is weighing day and I'll see what the damage is. As such I am having problems getting below 130 KG, or 286 lbs. I will get there but I do believe I need a swift motivational kick in the butt. Not sure who will do that, though. I seem to lackenough willpower to do so.

Which reminds me; I will do a reread of Dr. Phil's book. Perhaps some educational and motivational reading will further my cause.

I'm doing okay with the sweet stuff, but the pizza cravings are horrible. My husband tried to fix that by making me a whole wheat pizza crust - but the end result was lots of gas. There has GOT to be a solution to this!!!!

I have never ahd that problem with gas, and whole wheat flour. Perhaps some time for your body to adjust is needed.

I know I switched from "white" carbs to the "brown" carbs. And I cannot imagine eating anything else now. I love my rye bread and brown rice. For my bread I go for as "brown" and whole grain as possible.
