I'd love a new bike! Mine is 15 years old and has been used hard. Congratulations on your new one! Use it well.

I don't go to a gym. I have most of what I need at home. Matt is my brother as well as my personal trainer, so he's very patient with me and yet personally wants to see me succeed. It's really nice to work with him.
