Wow, your meals are excellent (and sound delicious!) I am always looking online fo rweight loss tips and I will have to try out that choc milk/coconut/raspberry smoothie recipe tomorrow for breakfast for sure!

Hello there, thank you for your comments. The coconut-chocolate-raspeberry smoothie was a last resort. The original is coconut-chocolate and banana smoothie. Now THAT is the real thing.

Whenever I need a feel good boost, and I really want it to be a food item, I make that

100 ml coconutmilk
100 ml chocolatemilk light
0,5 banana
