Goal 4: 1st centennial - loose 100 lbs/45 kg

Wel the most horrible of horrible has happened. Three weeks in a row I have gained weight. It is official, I am lost....................... and frantically to find the way again. I have gained 7.3 lbs/ 3.3 kilo net in the first month! It really really has to stop!

And I find it is easy not to write in this blog and just hide from the ugly truth. It is people who comment regularly that draw me back every time. Also the realisation that I will regain controll, and I want this story to be documented, for me, and me alone. To understand why I stumbled. And how I can avoid it. Sugar is till my biggest problem. I fail to cut it out of my healthy regime, and I have developed a nasty sweet tooth and a craving for chocolates.

Freeli guilty resulted in not eating enough today, and as you will see from the days ahead, (this day was actually recorded four days later) candy is my biggest enemy, I cannot keep my grubby fingers off it!

When I look at my daily intake I realise that the dayly muesli really may be to much of a good thing. Or I should eat haf the portions. Also if I do not drink enough water, I have serious bowel problems. All in all some serious adjustments are needed.

I had no fruit today.

This week I DID actually start aerobics as last week with a double appointment on thursday I skipped it in favor of pizza with a friend. 1 hour of high impact and low impact aerobucs, and you know I actually made it! I was sweating and mildly out of breath but I did it

Hon - the only way to get back on track is to... get back on track. I'm glad you're back, glad you're posting. If you keep yourself accountable to us, perhaps you'll find it easier to keep accountable to yourself!
