Normalcy resumes

Slowly I feel like I am regaining control. It is still a hard fight, but I believe I can get there. Today was still another chocolate day, but I did not go to excesses. I am very curious about the upcoming wednesday, because I feel like I am losing weight. Additionally I will start my period too. So I am retaining water (and other stuff -grins-) and still feel like I am losing weight!

Hurray for returning to normalcy! It feels much better, doesn't it? WHen my TTOM arrived, I started feeling a little crazy - and indulged in some sugar free chocolate. Somehow, it's just not the same though - and left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. I may have to just have one "kiss" a day during that time to keep the crazies away and make SURE I don't go over that because I could be in big trouble if I did!
