CANDY horror ends!!!

The candy in my house is finished, and some one shoot me if I get candy when I am most vunerable. Once every four weeks I go mental and could eat a whole truckload of chocolates!

It is 8 PM and I have decided to get dressed and go for a therapeutic brisk walk. 30 minutes will do me a world of good. Tomorrow I will start the day with a smoothy, break through the habit of eating my muesli....and a lot of points.

This week a new Weight Watchers programme will be launched. I think it is partly based on the Core Programme I was introduced to in Ireland. I am really curious.

Perhaps a new version of your program will help you refresh your motivation to do the right things for your body. Check it out!

I find I feel so much better after a 30-minute walk - even if I have to whip myself to get out the door.

Poor Sweetheart!!! I know what it is like to be in the grips of the chocolate. I hope it is over now and the new Weight Watchers will help ground you again.
