One point less!!

The new weightwatcher's system has robbed me of one point! As of today I only have 27 points, But I must admit the weightwatcher's assistant is a lot of fun! There is no excuse for not writing your daily intake of food. That is if you have access to the internet.

Aerobics day

I was about ready to smother my aerobics teacher, she is enthousiastic, and I hate not being able to follow her moves. She is quick and the ladies around me have all been there for decades, so they know her moves, and the steps.

Me, I just blunder along, and try to do the best I can. I was really ready to walk out, but kept focusing on the need for excercise like that. In the end I was happy I stayed, and will try to focus a little more next week. Having my period and running around did not help much, tummy aches and all. But I intend to keep doing it, because in a way it is fun too.
