HAPPY NEW YEAR!

GREAT SHOCK and GREAT DETERMINATION

Today I weighed myself (my home scale) and the scale said 140.9, which is 310.6. This means that the last few weeks of debauchery have cost me dearly. Almost unbelievably much. But I will NOT fret. 2008 is the year I finish the job.

And what was gained can also be lost. I start today, a new week before my weigh-in at weight watchers on wednesday 9 January, and I have everything in the house to ensure I will not stumble. I feel good, motivated and chipper. So.....hope you all feel motivated and stimulated!

Nog de beste wensen voor het nieuwe jaar.
Blij dat je er weer ben
Hou er erg in dat er altijd afwijking zijn in anderen weegschalen. Probeer niet te vaak thuis je eigen te wegen anders wordt je helemaal gek misschien en dat is niet de bedoeling laat dat aan mij over :P
Nou je gaat er weer helemaal voor en dat is een goede instelling.
