Weighing results!

This morning I went to weigh myself. Now mind you. it is morning, so about 2 lbs standard less than in the evening. But the result is good, and I am very happy with. I lost 14.2 lbs/6 kilos! ithink it is a combination of lots of fluid, my monthly period, constipation and loss of fat.

I feel good! can You imagine I feel good?

Seminar day

I purposely went to weigh myself this morning as I have no time to do so this evening. I will be at a Conference running my feet off. And of course everywhere around there will be wonderful food. So I need to weigh and renmid myself of my efforts, and NOT senselessly dive into all the delecacies.

written on friday: I is impossible for me to estimate what points there was to the things I ate, but I sort of made estimates. In all that does not make it a good day. A hard thing to grasp food wise, seminars.

Hey, Willow! Congratulations on your weight loss! Obviously your body responds when you treat it well...

I've been away with computer problems, which still haven't been totally resolved, so I've been writing a little from work (but trying not to abuse the priviledge).

I have a couple of posts up on SayreSmiles.blogspot.com and a new one on Thinner. I'm hoping that once I've got computer stuff resolved I'll be back to near-daily posting.
