Why isn't your exercise getting done? That's the main thing I'm seeing when I look at your log - are you injured or just pressed for time?

I have no excuse like that. Ever since I upped the volume, I have been slouching. THANK YOU for noticing!
It is an incentive to get with it again. Since a day or two I get the feeling I am doing better, being less of a truant.
