A week wrought with dinners, luncheons and dates, and a terrible craving for anything sweet. This week I plan to stick to the letter of the WW law., as I really really wish to break through the 130 kg/286 lbs barrier.
I have noticed that using more sugary food items over the festive season (December) has created a kind of mild sugar addiction. So, I have decided to ban added sugar as much as is feasibly possible for a week, a sort of detox programme.
This week I will spend on upping my motivation as I find it is not as strong as it was in May.
Excercise
This week I also start aerobics class on thursday. It will be fun to see how I botch that up! I have the co-ordination of a mule! But I am very much looking forward to it! As I have indicated before, I have grown to like excercise. yesterday after WW weighing I walked home (30 mins) and enjoyed every mooment of it thoroughly.
Yet I find it hard to schedule my exercise in the mornings. I detest having just a half an hour to sit down to sort of get my morning started, and so I sacrifice my excercise time, and have a full hour morning time. So I do not go walking every morning; now I get up at 6 AM. A solution would be to get up at 05:30 AM, but that is pushing healthy living just a tad TOO far. I would have to go to bed earlier. But I love my evenings and I will NOT go to bed any earlier than midnight.....NOT!
I am going to see if I can fit it in in my evenings.
